The prices apply plus the additional costs:

Cleaning: 400 EUR per stay

Energy per day: 150 EUR

Bed linen: 15 EUR per person and per stay

 

Optional costs:

Face towel: 7 EUR/piece.

Bath towel: 9 EUR/piece.

Sauna towel (XXL) 11 EUR/piece.

Wood: 50 EUR/box

Pet: 50 EUR/piece.

Beer from the tap: 100 EUR/20l keg

Breakfast: 23 EUR/person

Catering: on request

A deposit of 1500 EUR must be paid before check-in. This will be transferred back no later than 14 days after check-out.

Down payment

If the reservation is made more than 8 weeks before the beginning of the stay, the tenant must pay a deposit of 10% of the total price of the stay after receiving the payment terms with the confirmation of his reservation. The remaining amount is to be paid 8 weeks before the beginning of the stay of the reservation.

 

 

Dissolution/cancellation by the tenant

In the event of termination of the contract by the tenant outside of the opening case, the tenant owes Gut Galhausen a lump sum compensation (reservation fee and additional insurance premiums), which is calculated as follows 

• Cancellation from the date of reservation until (exclusively) 56 days before the beginning of the stay: 30% of the total price of the stay; 

• Cancellation from the 56th day (inclusive) to the 28th day (exclusive) before the start of the stay: 60% of the total price of the stay; 

• Dissolution/cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) to the 7th day (exclusive) before the beginning of the stay: 90% of the total price of the stay 

• Cancellation from the 7th day (inclusive) before the beginning of the stay and later: 100% of the total price of the stay.
